The JoyCatchers JoyCast (formerly called 2 Peas in a PodCast) explores what it truly means to build cultures where people feel seen, valued, and cared for. We give the microphone to people we just love and adore whom are doing astounding things joyfully for the people in their care. Amplifying these prolific voices that shape how we all think about joy in our day to day is what gets us excited.

Through thoughtful conversations with executives, parents, coaches, HR leaders, benefits strategists, wellbeing champions and culture architects, Kerry examines the real challenges facing modern organizations but more importantly giving tools to make it easier for others. From loneliness in distributed work to the experience of open enrollment, each episode explores how leadership intention becomes lived employee experience.

We are honest. We are real. We also put our sponsors live, in the room where it happens, taking them from a flat pop up advertisement to humanizing their people and making their dollars work harder toward real change that we can be proud of. All dollars go toward paying joy forward for our guests.
