In-Person Immersive Activation

JoyPopUp transforms everyday workplace environments into thoughtfully designed spaces of reflection, recognition, and connection. These experiences are multi-sensory and story-led, intentionally interrupting routine to create meaningful micro-moments of joy.

A JoyPopUp may include:

  • Guided reflection and grounding practices, think breathwork, meditation and yoga with sound

Each JoyPopUp is custom-built in partnership with your organization. These are anywhere from 1-4 hours. Some are integrated into leadership gatherings or corporate events. Others are designed as standalone cultural resets. The goal is consistent: to strengthen belonging and reinforce a mattering for your team

JoyPopUps are priced on request based on scope and scale. In select cases, angel sponsors may be available to support organizations with budget constraints.

JoyLab

Virtual Joy Activation

JoyLab brings the JoyCatchers™ philosophy into digital spaces, ensuring that distributed and hybrid teams experience the same intentional connection as those gathered in person. In a Zoom-heavy environment where meetings often feel transactional and rushed, JoyLab creates structured space for reflection, recognition, and meaningful dialogue.

Each JoyLab session is story-led and facilitator-guided. Participants are invited into thoughtful prompts, shared conversation, and interactive exercises designed to strengthen joy & mattering within teams. Rather than adding another meeting to the calendar, JoyLab shifts the tone of the room. It encourages participants to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect to why their work and their presence matter.

JoyLab experiences can be tailored to specific organizational moments such as leadership offsites, culture resets, team transitions, open enrollment periods, or wellbeing initiatives. Sessions are curated in partnership with your leadership team to align with your goals and priorities.

Like JoyPopUps, JoyLab experiences are custom-designed and priced on request based on scope and format. We believe access to meaningful connection should not be limited by budget, and in select cases angel sponsors may be available to support participation.
