Engagement Structure
Our advisory work is intentionally structured to create consistency, momentum, and real-time alignment. Rather than one-time presentations, we build sustained partnership over a defined period of focused engagement.
Our Tailored Advisory Experience
Our consulting engagements are designed to be focused, consistent, and relationship-based.
We partner with leaders for one hour per week, working in one-month increments over a three-month period. This structure allows for sustained alignment, real-time decision support, and meaningful progress without overwhelming your team.
